Oltre alla tradizionale presenza con il proprio stand (D25/46), Salvi Vivai dà appuntamento agli addetti del settore venerdì 16 novembre 2018, alle ore 15.00 per un convegno internazionale incentrato su un prodotto particolarmente apprezzato e che sta offrendo ottimi risultati: l’impianto di ceraseto ad alta densità, che l’azienda ferrarese sta testando da ormai dieci anni.

Aprirà i lavori Silvia Salvi, Socio Amministratore Salvi Vivai, che dopo i saluti iniziali e una breve introduzione lascerà il microfono a Flavio Lupato, Direttore Commerciale Salvi Vivai e moderatore dell’incontro, che introdurrà i vari ospiti e relatori.
Il convegno vedrà lo sviluppo di una prima parte di approfondimento tecnico durante il quale Michele Giori, tecnico commerciale Salvi Vivai, illustrerà il concetto di impianto ad Alta Densità (altrimenti detto anche “Ciliegio Senza Scala”).
Illustri presenze quelle del prof. Rino Ghelfi, del Dipartimento di Scienze e Tecnologie Agro-Alimentare dell’Università di Bologna, e del prof. Peter Hilsendegen, della DLR Rheinpfalz di Oppenheim, che arricchiranno il convegno relazionando su esperienze di produzione e analisi e valutazioni economiche realizzate rispettivamente in Italia e in Germania.

A new meeting Salvi Vivai at the Interpoma Bolzano!
In addition to the traditional presence with its own stand (D25 / 46), Salvi Vivai will meet operators on Friday, 16 November 2018 at 3.00 pm for an international conference focused on a particularly appreciated product that is offering excellent results: the cherry orchard high-density plant, which the Ferrara-based company has been testing for the past ten years.

Silvia Salvi, CEO Salvi Vivai, will open the meeting. After the opening greetings and a brief introduction, she will leave the microphone to Flavio Lupato, Sales Director Salvi Vivai and moderator of the meeting, who will introduce the various guests and speakers.
The conference will see the development of a first part based on technical analysis during which Michele Giori, agricultural expert Salvi Vivai, will illustrate the concept of a High-Density plant (also called “Cherry orchard system without use of the ladders”).
Rilevant presences those of Rino Ghelfi, professor of the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies of the University of Bologna, and Peter Hilsendegen, professor of the DLR Rheinpfalz of Oppenheim, who will enrich the conference by reporting on experiences of production, analysis and economic evaluations carried out respectively both in Italy and Germany.
Excellent quality, productivity, economic and management sustainability: on balance, the decision to adopt these high-density systems guarantees numerous positive aspects that will be analyzed during the international meeting organized by the Ferrara-based company.
